What do we do at Lee County Beekeeper Meetings?
We talk bees starting with an educational presentation interspersed with lots of Q&A followed by networking opportunities to geek out talking bees with fellow members.
Typically, starting with In-depth relevant Bee Management Topic, Value Added Topic or Demo, followed by Q&A. The second half of the meeting is more social and networking with fellow Members to mentor one another and support each other’s love of bees.
Bring in Guest Speakers to talk on their areas of expertise tailored support, you’ll leave this event aligned and ready to embrace your best life.Â
Brand New to Bees? We have an Online ZOOM Meeting the first Tues at 7pm with the UF Bee Lab’s Best Management Practices (specific to South Florida),Hive CSI, What’s Blooming in the Area, followed by Q&A to troubleshoot hives or beekeeping-related issues for new beekeepers
